Within our practice we have focused centers of excellence.  Our Center for the Treatment of Spinal Disorders treats all disorders of the spine utilizing the newest techniques, including minimally invasive.  Our Brain and Neuro-oncology Center provides fully integrated care for the most challenging brain tumors using both surgery and radiosurgery.  Our Center for the Treatment of Brain Aneurysms and Cerebrovascular Disease utilizes both endovascular techniques and open surgery to treat these complex conditions.  Rounding out our neurosurgical excellence our neurosurgeons are also trained to treat peripheral nerve disorders including brachial plexus injuries and carpal tunnel.

In addition to priding ourselves on excellence in neurosurgical care we treat each of our patients on an individual basis.  We recognize that there is not one solution that fits every patient and sometimes the best treatment is no surgery at all.

We currently have 10 locations in Central Texas including Downtown Austin, North Austin, Southwest Austin, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, La Grange, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Round Rock and San Marcos to serve our patients.
